Coil trolley:Structure: It consists of a frame, a rotating roller and a hydraulic moving device. The rotating rollers are driven by the motor through gears. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the roll preparation car forward and backward.
Decoiler:
Double taper head unwinder consists of left and right taper head frame, lifting device, left and right moving device and braking device, lifting device is realized by lifting cylinder, moving cylinder controls opening and closing and left and right moving of taper head frame.
4.3 Spade arm: The arm consists of swinging mechanism, telescopic mechanism, shovel head, etc. The swinging and telescopic movements of the shovel knife are driven by the oil cylinder.
Structure:The leveler is used to feed the strip opened from the uncoiler forward and level the steel plate. The leveling rollers are driven by the motor to realize the active leveling through the gear box and connected by the universal shaft, and the leveling rollers are arranged in the upper four and lower three. In order to increase the leveling capacity, the leveling rollers are equipped with support rollers above and below. Transmission motor part of the clutch is set, when the strip is sent to the delivery machine clutch is opened to realize passive leveling. The press down of the leveling machine adopts double cylinders with linear displacement sensors, and the press down part is shown on the display screen.

Adopt single shear form, not only simple and easy to operate, but also has the characteristics of occupying less distance.
4.5.2.1 The shear mode adopts cross-cutting shear, with adjustable side clearance of shear blade; adjustable clearance of shear blade to meet the shear requirements of 6~25.4mm plate thickness;
4.5.2.2 The overall longitudinal movement of the shearing and milling machine is driven by double hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 100mm;
4.5.2.3 Shear device using a single shear shear steel strip with head and tail, the structure of the form of hydraulic linkage, with sufficient shear capacity;
4.5.2.4 In the shear process shall be used to press the steel belt pressure device;
4.5.2.5 The rollers in the shearing device can hold up the steel belt during the feeding process to prevent the steel belt from being scratched;
